Mantor is a Romanian construction company with a Spanish shareholding. With more that 10 years of experience in the Romanian construction market, the companies of our Group were involved in many of the most important projects of the recent years, either as the developer, as the builder, or as the Property & Facility Manager.
Our group includes the following companies:
FOUNDERS
Mantor was founded by 3 Spanish construction specialists whose professional lives crossed on several times while they were involved in different projects in Romania. Their complementary skills aimed them to join their forces with a common goal: their determination to provide services with a significant higher value than the ones in the market.
TOMAS MANJON
Tomas coordinates Mantor’s Operations , being also involved in the development and new business initiatives. Prior to founding Mantor, he served as Romania Country Manager for the Spanish group GEA 21 and as General Manager for Tiriac Imobiliare. He has an extensive portfolio of residential, office and leisure developments.
He is Civil Engineer from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid and also earned a Law Degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
The biggest challenge of his career was to restructure and make viable a luxury residential project which was highly striked by the economic crisis.
In his vision, Mantor will become “a reference in the market, providing excellent services to our clients, creating unique products for our customers and assuring lucrative financial returns for our investors”. He wants the company to constantly strive for value through forward-thinking designs, smart use of financial resources, effective private partnerships and employment of well-trained talent.

David has an extensive 13-year experience as a construction manager and has built more than 700 apartments both in Spain and Romania. In his opinion, the biggest challenge of his career was the first project where he was fully responsible – an impressive 127-apartment complex in Alicante around a golf course. This is where he gained the knowledge to identify each project’s unique challenges and solve them in advance. His skills go from cost optimization, scheduling, managing large teams, to safety and site logistics. He has a philosophy that defines perfectly his way of doing things: “everything must be built with a high level of expert craftsmanship and a sharp attention to details”. His ultimate goal is to make sure that each project delivery process achieves the client’s goals and respects the principles of “absolute integrity” and “consistent quality”.
